《后備計劃》劇情簡介
多年尋覓真愛不獲，大齡女青年佐伊（詹妮弗·洛佩茲 Jennifer Lopez 飾）決定通過生個孩子改變自己的生活。就在她人工受孕的當天，在大街上遭遇“搶車男”斯坦（埃里克斯·奧洛林 Alex O'Loughlin 飾）。斯坦的風趣和浪漫似乎契合了佐伊對于另一半的所有幻想，可是不幸的是通過人工受孕，佐伊真的懷孕了。遭遇真愛之時，受孕成功的消息無疑成為一顆定時炸彈，佐伊不知道面前的這個男人能否接受這件事情。滿懷忐忑的佐伊告訴了斯坦自己懷孕的事情，幸運的是斯坦最終選擇了繼續(xù)和她在一起。不過，對于即將到來的新生命，斯坦的內(nèi)心依舊充滿不安……
